TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Payments Policy:
Initial Deposit: 50% deposit of gross amount (i.e. including GST and HST) required at time of booking. Final Payment: Due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
- 45 Days or more prior to arrival: $55.00 administration charge is not refundable.
- 31-45 Days prior to arrival: deposit is non-refundable.
- 0-30 days prior to arrival: full payment is non-refundable.
